Restaurant Cuisine Centr'Halles
We welcome you for lunch into the historic Les Halles central market in Avignon. Uniquely located as the only full restaurant within the market, we strive to serve the freshest produce and to take full advantage of the high-quality ingredients surrounding us.
Lunch served Tuesdays through Sundays (7/7 during the Theater Festival) from 11:30 to 14:30.

Cooking Classes in Les Halles of Avignon :
Shared cooking classes are available from Tuesday through Friday and cost 105€ per person (95€ pp as group rate from 9+ people). These start at 9:30am with a brief visit to the market & tastings of local specialties. We then move into 2 hours of cooking class before the participants sit for their 3 course lunch that they prepared, served with wines, mineral waters and coffee. The event finishes by 14:15. These are available to privatize for a minimum of 6 participants at 110€ pp or the equivalent in cost.
Weekend cooking classes are only available as private classes and cost 110€ per person. These start at 9:00am with a brief visit to the market & tastings of local specialties. We then move into 2 hours of cooking class before the participants sit for their 3 course lunch that they prepared, served with wines, mineral waters and coffee. The event finishes by 14:30. These are available for a minimum of 8 participants or the equivalent in cost.

Cooking Demonstration
I also offer cooking demonstrations which are lighter versions of the class for 40€ per person. These meet at 10:00am and enjoy the same market tour with tastings as the cooking class but then return to my kitchen to prepare my 2 tapenades to snack on while enjoying them with a glass of rosé.

The event is finished at 11:30. Lunch is not included with this but priority reservations are given to people participating in the demonstration if you wish to continue the event. Available: Tuesdays - Fridays for a minimum of 6 people pr the equivalent in cost.
How to Find Us :
To find our restaurant Cuisine Centr'Halles : If you park in the Les Halles parking lot above the market, simply come down to ground level via the elevator or stairs and we are just inside the doors on your right.
If arriving by foot; enter the market via the main doors which give on to the bustling Place Pie. Follow the central aisle to the opposite end of the market and we are located on the right, just behind the Panissain bakery.
